We were in a bind and needed help. LPI loans refinanced our auto loan, which helped us get it back from repossession. If I'd known LPI could refinance my van sooner, it wouldn't have been able to be repossessed. Shanna and the rest of the team were very helpful and compassionate. I'm thankful for them and the service they provide.

All of the workers have always been nothing but nice and knowledgeable to me! Always go out of their way to help and guide me when it comes to my credit, even though that part is not their job! I would 110% recommend this company to my friends and family....even people that I've just met. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!!
This place doesn't even deserve one star but I had no choice. This place is a joke. My husband inquired about a loan and we needed assistance . My husband was so upset that they kept harassing him about our finances. We came to them for help and this is how we are treated.
Advised them that I lost my job due to covid-19 and was extremely busy trying to keep from homeless. Asked them to contact me if my payment was behind, and I would figure out a way to get a payment made, but was unable to actively check my bill calendar. They instead didn't make contact at all - in order to take me to court in the middle of a global pandemic, in which 12 million Americans are still unemployed. If they had just contacted me in the first place, there wouldn't have been an issue.
