My doctor called them 4 times with my prescription and LRock Rx never got it right. I called them every time after my doctor did and was told they haven’t received anything. The final time I called, I was told my prescription would be ready at 3:00pm and when I showed up at 4:30, I was told it was not ready, had not even been started and there was no timeframe for it to be ready.
