Service,terrible!!!!!!! Can't get ahold of them,and they lie,canceled my service,because they changed me to comical, without my permission, change my payment. They did not pick up ,without notice,then did not pick up at all one week,so I called and canceled ,all and they told me it was canceled,and nothing owed! Which was a lie,,cause in 3 days was had a 3 mo. Payment come out of my bank!!!! This trash service is horrible I home from the hospital and they did not pick up my trash because I had 2 trash bags outside of the trash left a note trash was outside of the can even though I have left boxes and other things outside of the can as long as I have had the service since they took over Lees Trash and never had a problem before of them picking it up . I called and cancelled my service last week and since I had just paid the bill for 3 months I asked about a refund and the lady said they would pro rate it and ref... read more
Customer service line hardly ever gets answered and when it does it takes a long time for them to pick up. I requested a bin over a week ago and still haven’t got it after multiple phone calls assuring me it would be taken care of. Terrible company
Service is hit or miss, prices are going up and they never answer their phones. When companies get to big this is what happens to the customers ..... The company is always right and the customer is wrong ...
Very disappointed with this trash service. Our rental utilizes them and so we have to use them. I feel the price is fair. It’s around $80 for 3 months. However, they do not send out timely statements and then just quit picking up the trash without notice though they didn’t send out a statement. The person my husband spoke to stated that his wife typically sends those out and she has been sick…. Which is terrible but I still need my trash picked up.
