so no trash picked up yesterday Thursday oct 30..our regular day..2 weeks ago no trash pick up on our Thursday pick up day..we pay alot for this..what's going on..getting pretty tired of my trash sitting for an extra week
We had been customers with Jackson Disposal and then LRS for over 10 years, but once the LRS take-over happened, the quality of service disappeared. Have been billed for services not rendered for over three months now and each monthly phone call to customer support ends with a representative from LRS stating that the matter has been resolved and our account has been set to zero. Save yourselves the headache and look elsewhere!
They have owed me a refund since the beginning of April 2025 and have had every excuse possible including billing cycles that have long past. Today I tried calling again the number for the Monmouth office and waited 35 minutes and no one answered. I definitely would not recommend this company. The reason I lifted in April was they were missing pickup dates.
