I own a business in Fort Smith, AR that heavily relies on a dumpster as we have a decent amount of daily trash and we are open 7 days a week. Came on here to share my horrible experience in the hopes of saving other innocent people from having to deal with this mess of a company but seems like they have beat me to it. Moved in 3 weeks ago to a new home. LRS is our local trash service. We have used them for years. They are very good about picking up our trash on time and if there is an issue of any sort, they are very good about communicating that to their customers via text, email, or phone call. They are dependable and their prices are great!
We just moved into a new place in Rogers and this company is absolutely horrible. First off, we're paying you all to pick up trash on designated days.
