Since 2022 this company has been billing me for a service I have never had. They don’t even service my home. Every month we call and they “fix” it and yet every month we still get a random bill. They refused to call me back and refused to provide documentation that I don’t owe this company. I have wasted days calling them and all I want is them to stop billing me for services not received.
