Awful company, never shows up on the correct day, or at all. You call about missed pickups and they don’t show up to correct it. Then it storms and your junk is all over the road and the best they say is wait till next week. Then they don’t show up again. You call and no one answers. Leave voice mails, no return calls. Emails, no answer. It’s picking up garbage… cancelled and got waste management for the same price. If you’re reading this cancel my service and come pick up my overflowing bin. And refund me
I really wish Google would let you leave negative stars. This company is an absolute joke, like many others who have posted, they would consistently miss pickups. My bill kept increasing and then the latest bill had an extra $50 charge on it. I have tried over 7 times to contact someone at the Monmouth location over the past 12 days and no one answers the phone. My husband and I have left several voicemails and no one returns your call. Almost 50 days, I have been trying to get my dumpster emptied. I have even had a manager try but he also told me it was just trash not anything life threatening to be taken care of??? Been told lots of different reasons on each call, which has been many. Emailed with no answer and now eternal hold. Definitely took their auto payment though!!!
Agree with everyone on these posts. Tried multiple times to contact this company. Left numerous messages, emails and even visited office in Monmouth which had a message on door that said closed due to shortage of help and noone ever replied except the one that wanted my payment. I told this person I wanted to cancel there service and was transfered at which time I was disconnected! Now trying to return trashcan with no success.
Missed our trash pick up again! I have a newborn and lots of diapers so this is disgusting. And of course they are not answering the phone as everyone else is commenting on as well. I’m about to go to their office in person since they won’t answer the phone, I don’t live that far away. This is absolutely ridiculous.
