Terrible. They almost never pickup garbage at the agreed upon day. Sometimes not even in the same week. Avoid if at all possible.

Rating is 0. There is no customer service. You never know from week to week if garbage and recycling will be picked up yet we received a price increase. Absolutely ridiculous to have to go through this. I been calling for 3 weeks and nobody will ever answer the phone. My recycling has been setting at the end of the driveway for 3 weeks. Garbage is also a hit and miss service. When will we get credited on our bill. Swisher IA
