I experienced significant issues when attempting to cancel my service. After weeks of effort, I finally reached a representative who assured me that the dumpsters would be collected by the end of the month and that billing would cease. However, I have been charged twice since then, and the dumpsters remain at my business. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to contact anyone to resolve this matter. The lack of follow-through and poor customer service have been highly frustrating.

Do not use this company if your in the quad cities area, I repeat if you respect wherever you're at place of business do not I repeat do not call or use this company the most unprofessional waste of time you'll ever deal with they leave trash all over the place they don't pick up on the days they're supposed to and then when they do pick up the overflow that they're supposed to pick up and take with them they leave on the ground and push their dumpsters right over top of it then if you call the company you're on hold for ove... read more

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star review. They dropped off a residential dumpster the beginning of December on a Thursday. They emptied it that next Monday. It was supposed to be picked up every other Monday. January 13th it still hadn’t been picked up. We reached out to our representative on multiple occasions and received no contact back, emailed customer service and talked to the operations manager. We got a new representative. Absolute joke compared to Johnson Co Refuge. This contract needs to be terminated for the City of North Liberty. Hopefully this Illinois based company sells these assets to a local Iowa based service provider. Chicago reliability and service at it's finest. Absolute dumpster fire of an operation.

I went to their website to let them know that my garbage was not picked up(recycling was), so I filled out their online form. I got a response email with the information that I filled out (including my phone number and email), but nothing on their behalf indicating when my garbage would be picked up. Later on that day, another garbage truck came around our neighborhood, but nothing was picked up.
