I wish there were a lesser review than the 1 star I had to click on. Absolutely the worst customer service probably in the nation that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund of a duplicate/double payment made in July; noticed on my August **** statement and trying to get refund since then. Have called them multiple, numerous times (15?) and keep getting the run around and conflicting info about the refund.
