Horrible! World’s worst company to deal with. They think nobody works and can have you hanging on the phone for hours. Today no garbage was picked up again. The recycling was picked up along with the leafy bags but no garbage pick up. This is for the complete two blocks. I also had the garbage man follow me deliberately as I was getting out of my driveway. He sped up, missing many houses. I almost got into an accident trying to get away from him. What an awful service… Always looking for ways to collect money from over taxed Illinois residents. I miss waste management!
Way too many of these trucks and they make so much noise and back all the way down our street. I don't know why our town switched but I think it was cheaper and it definitely shows.
Lies Rumors Slander Corrupt organization that makes up lies about customers to get out of contracted obligations, then hides behind expensive lawyers when proven wrong instead of owning their misdeeds. Unfortunately towns like Wauconda help them hide their corrupt behavior
Truck hit our mailbox in July, breaking it. The company has yet to do anything about it. Ghosting our calls and not giving us answers. Do not use this company
