The c+c flats property is a joke and will try to get more money out of you… the property manager told us we would get our deposit back and said that when we moved out the apartment was still dirty when we hired a cleaner!!! Noticing a bunch of people getting screwed over at this property so if you live here save yourself some time and expect to get charged for a bunch of things when you get told to “leave it how you got it” we received the apartment not cleaned and without a back door handle!
