We have 6 dumpsters and are supposed to have twice a week pickup. It’s been over a week since we’ve had service. I’ve called and emailed and am getting the runaround. The driver has marked themselves here a few times claiming they already emptied our bins, but clearly they haven’t. I am currently shopping around for a new provider.
With several rental properties, I’ve worked with numerous waste companies, but this one has been particularly disappointing. The information provided is often unclear, the customer service falls well below industry standards, and my interaction with Nicole was notably curt and unprofessional. Additionally, the drivers demonstrate a lack of consistency and effort, resulting in subpar service overall.
Love this company! They service my neighborhood. I have a 2yr boy so right. Kw his whole world is garbage trucks. Every Monday he's out watching thr garbage trucks pick up our trash. The 2 drivers we had always wave to him. Or stop and say hi. One even gave him a LRS covering book! What a great company that lets it driver have the time to interact with its customers.
READ BEFORE ENGAGING FOR SERVICES. This is a horribly unprofessional company that has no regard for their customers. We gave our rep, Tom Flanagan notice in February that we wish to terminate service for trash removal at our family-owned business upon expiration of our contract. I was with the environmental company, and without asking me they assigned me to this company that has such bad service. Since I have been with this company I have had to keep calling for them to come and pick up the garbage. Yesterday, Tuesday the 23rd, I called to ensure that they would come today, Wednesday the 24th. April, they assured me that they were coming today and it's already 4:30 and no one has come to pick up the garbage. The container is super full because they haven't come in 15 days.
