Awful awful awful customer service. I moved and cancelled garbage pickup service and 8 days later my credit card was charged for 3 months of service. It is now 3.5 months later and after 8+ calls waiting on hold, sometimes 20-30 min, and finally talking to customer service, still no refund. I’ve been lied to and hung up on multiple times. Management won’t take phone calls! No one calls back. I wish I could choose to leave their company, but my new home needs servicing. They don’t care about their customers at all!!! Environmental was great. Once they got bought out by LRS I started getting overcharged. I’ve spent hours on the phone and on hold trying to get the issue resolved. They never resolved it and I ended up paying $$$ in late fees just to get them to leave me alone and close my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ve been warned.
My bill increased by 40% in just one year. I reached out to my representative to discuss it and declined to sign the new agreement until I could get clarification—but then I was completely ignored. The only way to make changes to my account is through my assigned rep, Cresie, who has not returned a single call or email despite multiple attempts. We have 6 dumpsters and are supposed to have twice a week pickup. It’s been over a week since we’ve had service. I’ve called and emailed and am getting the runaround. The driver has marked themselves here a few times claiming they already emptied our bins, but clearly they haven’t. I am currently shopping around for a new provider.
Ryan that picks up our garbage here at Darcy GMC is an asset to the company He's fantastic does a great job cleans up after himself couldn't ask for anything more..... Also Breanne in the office is fantastic
