We ordered a dumpster but then canceled it a week before it was due. However, LRS did not communicate this at all to the rest of the company and sent a dumpster to our house and my wife turned him away. Apparently, he did not communicate at all with everyone else because they still sent someone else to pick up the dumpster that was never delivered. LRS West Chicago is unreliable service. Seeing the trend in the previous reviews with missed pickups and poor customer service. They missed my pickup two weeks ago. Not a huge deal, I contacted them by email and also completed missed pick up form. Was promised picked up within 48 hours by 7:00 Friday night. Left can out although against HOA regulations keeping out that long. The missed pick up was not completed. 2 weeks no pickup for recycling (which my city pays for) and 2 weeks of no trash pickup. My account is active and green with no past due balance. They don't answer the phone or callback or email. LRS sucks
I wish I never changed the bad to the worse. Bad was WM and now is LRS LLC. Horrible customer service that never care about if you wanna stay or leave them. They don’t answer the calls beside they leave you on hold until you get tired and you hang up. They exist only to be sold and wait until WM buys them. Save yourself a head ache and stay away from them.
Absolute Trash. Staff is garbage. Management is Garbage. They missed my pickup. I called for 2 days non-stop, constantly getting put on hold and being transferred to phones that just went to voicemail. After countless calls/voicemails a manager finally calls me. She promised that my trash would be picked up the next day. They Never came. More calls. More voicemails. Went the entire week without picking up my trash.
