Worst and laziest company. 2.4 stars is proof. I’ve called a few times in the past to pick up garbage they missed. Said they would come within 24 hours. Didn’t show up until 7 days later on the regularly scheduled pick up. Had a garbage can with two stickers and still didn’t pick up. Today I was walking my can to the front and the garbage truck was one house down. I drove out there with my pickup to discard some carpet and padding.The process was easy and fast. I stopped in the office to get directions how the dumping works and the staff was nice and informative.
A year ago I went into this location with my broken can, was told everyone was in a meeting and I’d have to come back and typically they bring the new cans out to you. So left a message with them, no response. Emailed, no response. Sent letters with my bill, no response. Oh well, lids broke off two of my cans now and you’ll just be getting a bunch of water with all the rain we’ve had. What’s so hard about getting a garbage can lid replaced anyway? The TRASHIEST GARBGE service!!! Never pick up your cans on time, and then try to gaslight the customer by saying your garbage wasn’t out! The service representative have the competence of a 3rd grader, and when you ask to speak to someone of higher management they tell you there is no such person- which I guess makes sense because the place is ran by a bunch of useless breathing bodies that just tell you what you want to hear, while having no intention of correcting their mistakes. I reserved a porta potty weeks ago and paid for it right away. For the delivery the guy tried to show up at 6:30 am on the day of delivery and instead of giving me a call he left. They tried to reschedule for 3 days after my event and I told them that would not work so the driver did come back and drop it off and was very nice. I needed it picked up the day after my party so I do not get a fine with the city. When I called they said the driver tried to come in the morning so I checked our cameras and no one tried to come.
