Well LRS continues to demonstrate its incompetence and complete absence of customer service and accurate billing practices. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY OPTIONS! Google please make zero stars an option! In almost a year of ongoing customer service issues, I have yet to have anyone in management return calls, despite promises that they would. Worst and laziest company. 2.4 stars is proof. I’ve called a few times in the past to pick up garbage they missed. Said they would come within 24 hours. Didn’t show up until 7 days later on the regularly scheduled pick up. Had a garbage can with two stickers and still didn’t pick up. Today I was walking my can to the front and the garbage truck was one house down. I drove out there with my pickup to discard some carpet and padding.The process was easy and fast. I stopped in the office to get directions how the dumping works and the staff was nice and informative.
LRS took over an hour to call me back for a 20 yard Dumpster, so I contacted Budget Dumpster who were quick to respond, reasonable with price, and accommodating to installing the next day. This is one BIG example of LRS not running their business correctly with a direct line to sales.
My business was on this mornings cleaning schedule at a festival site and they blew it off, no one answers phone, so now my business suffers because I gave them mine. Not gonna happen again trust me.
