Absolute Trash. Staff is garbage. Management is Garbage. They missed my pickup. I called for 2 days non-stop, constantly getting put on hold and being transferred to phones that just went to voicemail. After countless calls/voicemails a manager finally calls me. She promised that my trash would be picked up the next day. They Never came. More calls. More voicemails. Went the entire week without picking up my trash. Well LRS continues to demonstrate its incompetence and complete absence of customer service and accurate billing practices. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY OPTIONS! Google please make zero stars an option! In almost a year of ongoing customer service issues, I have yet to have anyone in management return calls, despite promises that they would. I have been calling for over two weeks to talk to someone and sitting on hold for hours! Left numerous messages and emails. The only way to get through any of the numbers is to say you want to make a payment and then you can talk to an actual person. But then they just transfer your call to sit for hours again. I am done with the company and just want to cancel services at this point. Looks like I will have to head to the office to actually get that done.
Used LRS for onetime dumpster roll off. They threw 2 garbage bags, wooden table and wooden desktop out of the not full dumpster, left on my property. They delivered late, tried to pickup early then picked up 4 days late. Damaged my driveway, but that's on me as I didn't pay for the wood protection. Also damaged lawn somehow. Terrible. On hold with them now, if this is corrected my post will be updated
Worst and laziest company. 2.4 stars is proof. I’ve called a few times in the past to pick up garbage they missed. Said they would come within 24 hours. Didn’t show up until 7 days later on the regularly scheduled pick up. Had a garbage can with two stickers and still didn’t pick up. Today I was walking my can to the front and the garbage truck was one house down.
