The drivers are great! That is why they get two stars. That said I payed my bill and LRS said I didn’t. I took time off of work to figure out what happened, maybe I forgot to pay them. No! I payed them, have sent them copies of the cleared check yet months later they won’t admit it was their mistake and still send me bills. At the time of the change over from J&& to LRS was over billed for OVER 3 months. Locally they could NOT do the correction even though you can talk to them on the phone here. Was told by locals it takes time to get the changes right?? To me, over 60 days to wait to pay what I need to be charged correctly is ridiculous. Switched to Millers and couldn't be happier. So it's been 10 months since the "there is no way it could have been Garbage left in one of our trucks" "we asked our driver and he says he cleaned it out". But the residue is still there (about to go though it's 17th car wash) and the window as expected most definitely cracked even after I paid to have to chips filled
I switched from Harters to J&J/LRS garbage pickup last October 2023. I got tired of Harters raising the price, plus they overcharged me when I quit them. I have been completely Satisfied with LRS so far! Would highly recommend them!
Shouldn't have sold the company to a joke of a company. J&J was better when it was J&J and now we have switched to Miller scrap. The 5 starts is for the original J&J not the company that now owns it. They were awesome while they were around.
