Ever since J&J got bought out by LRS I feel like the customer service has gone way down. I had to call 4 times to finally get a live human to cancel my service after leaving voicemails each time. When you call it hardly rings and then forces you to leave a voicemail. When it was J&J they would answer every time. Giving two stars only due to the fact the service was fine, trash was picked up every week, but customer service and pricing need work.

I know J&J was bought out by LRS only because we received a letter notifying us, however we didn't notice any difference except where we mailed our payment! We still receive the same great service as we had come to expect over the last 10 years! Thank you.

The drivers are great! That is why they get two stars. That said I payed my bill and LRS said I didn’t. I took time off of work to figure out what happened, maybe I forgot to pay them. No! I payed them, have sent them copies of the cleared check yet months later they won’t admit it was their mistake and still send me bills. At the time of the change over from J&& to LRS was over billed for OVER 3 months. Locally they could NOT do the correction even though you can talk to them on the phone here. Was told by locals it takes time to get the changes right?? To me, over 60 days to wait to pay what I need to be charged correctly is ridiculous. Switched to Millers and couldn't be happier. I switched from Harters to J&J/LRS garbage pickup last October 2023. I got tired of Harters raising the price, plus they overcharged me when I quit them. I have been completely Satisfied with LRS so far! Would highly recommend them!
