I do not like this hospital, my mom has been bringing up blood thru her tubes majority of her 5 wk stay, she also ended up getting a new infection despite already being on antibiotics and breathing treatment. The primary doc did not discontinue ativan when requested to take it off her med list, continuing to give it. My mom body has been swollen with fluids majority of her stay despite being on a duretic. My mom was here for 30 days. They got her off the ventilator in 2 weeks and off the trach collar right before she left. She was treated very nicely by nurses and and doctors. The Respiratory therapists were completely amazing! Staff always answered the phone when I wanted to check in etc. Dr Alisadd was very good with communication, more than any doctor at any facility she has been too. My daughter was here on May, 2023 and received great care. She’s back for another stay and there’s a world of difference- staffing changed, no one readily available to discuss care plan, (you have to actually go to the reception desk to try to track down nurse) and I have only seen 1 doctor visit my daughter in the almost 30 days she’s been there. Definitely not the same place! Shameful that a great 1st experience went downhill in a relatively short period of time.

Recently, our sister was brought into this facility after a long critical hospital stay. We have to say we're ok with not just the level of care she's receiving here but also the kindness & compassion shown her which was often lacking at the previous hospital. Update: Although this facility was overall good with her, we were extremely unhappy with the poor communication. They should have done more to be clear with what they felt the outcome would be instead of giving us false hope.

My husband received wonderful care from the entire LTAC team. The nurses and therapist are awesome. I would leave him in the evening without feeling nervous because I knew he was well taken care of.
