Very nice movie theater. Plenty of snack stands and register areas and big choice of snacks and food. You dont have to jist wait in one line. The imax theater is amazing, just get a seat that isn't in on the edge. Its a small walk way for everyone passing. If you sit in an area where people pass by it'll interrupt you movie. I watched avatar and everytime people passed by i needed to scoot my feet in and turn my table closer to me. It seems like my whole row needed to use the bathroom. Matinee Shows are $6.75, you can buy 20 popcorns for $10 and they will credit the purchase on an items card. They have slurpee, Nachos, hotdogs and a restaurant upstairs. Men’s bathrooms were very clean for a movie theater. The movie seats are very comfortable with swivel tables for food.
My wife and I saw a couple of movies over a weekend while in town. Trying to find a good movie theater can be a challenge sometimes. However, we chose well with this movie theater in Lubbock. They have 16 smaller screens with less seating (like 30 total seats per theater). The seats can adjust to recline and they have tables attached to each chair. I’ve always had an amazing experience coming to this theatre. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case tonight… I complained once someone else complained on a different account, about kids sitting next to me talking. They were removed and then let back in as long as their mother sat next to me as if I was the PROBLEM. The mother proceeded to turn the brightness up on her phone to rummage through her purse just to be petty. I understand kids are gonna be kids but at least teach them some etiquette.
