I posted typo of 4 stars I believe Lublin Corporation can get to 4 stars with some changes I really like them you know no company is perfect as long as Lublin Corp makes the necessary adjustments they can have the potential to be a 4 star company for good. I was honored to have a home through this company, they are very patient and understanding and have beautiful homes, they walk you through the process and keep in touch until your actually move in. Very please Mrs. Capati, Miss Tajasha and Miss Anita is very pleasant and kind. I am grateful and comfortable in my new home with my family
The worst experience by far for having a landlord or reality company. This house is roach infested. And mice infested. Ive reached out the 2nd day i moved in. Aug 4 i moved in on the 2nd. I asked if i could do the renovations that way it could be fixed up to par. They told me no. The bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets was roach infested with the droppings and all. I SHOULD OF BEEN WARNED BY THE REVIEWS. Been renting this property for over a year. Of course they went up on the rent and blame it on the economy. How can you go up on the rent but if I was to apply for this place at the same price I wouldn’t qualify. I’m going to dig further into that matter bc I never did sign the new lease. They send any type of people to your home talking about its contractors.
