Great visit. On point and no wasted talk . With holidays hitting soon it was what I needed. She knew my pain management doctor. That was reassuring! I really like Luci, she is good and a good person. Besides being a fellow female Veteran, she loves her dog(s) as much as I love mine.
the providers are great. I love my provider Ms. Gratch has been helping me for about a year now I want to say. She is supportive and listens to my concerns and takes my input into great consideration.
This place has an odd vibe for a doctor's office. There's music playing, and not quietly and not elevator music. It's really casual. At first I didn’t know what to make of the atmosphere but I noticed it feels better than some uptight office. This place, from the reception area to the nurse practitioner, they all seem to want people to feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner I see is friendly, supportive, and seems very capable.
I’ve had great results since starting at Lifestance. Very different but effective therapy and my NP is very astute and easy to talk to. They both are. Professional yet friendly. I’m very happy that I found them!
Thank god everyday for lifestance… after losing my dad December 11 2021 I had lost myself and Luci Gratch helped me through it. Thank you so much🙏♥️🙏
