Worst frozen "pizza" I've ever tasted. The pizza was cooked to perfection and looked decent. My excitement was cooled off like a bucket of ice water in the middle of a hot shower after the first bite. Never will I buy another pizza from them. No sauce, disgusting crust, and even worse cheese. If I chould give them a negative score I would, as in this pizza is gag worthy.
$14 for a 24 oz piece of garbage (which the box says is 5 meals) - I'm returning it to the grocer. The box touts "A Distinctly Different Pizza," it sure is, because it gives junk food a bad name. Purchased a Lucia's pepperoni and sausage Pizza at Scnucks November 8th 2024, I'm a retired food inspector. I had the opportunity to inspect Lucia's Pizza in the late 1990s. Raw dough pizza was not very appetizing. The crust was too thick and did not cook through when using a pizza oven. I tossed most of the pizza in the garbage. Product was Bacon Cheeseburger with French Fry Crust.
I consider myself a fan of making food in general. However, despite living in the area my entire life, I had not heard of Lucia's. Well, bravo to Lucia's. I had my first Lucia's yesterday, two thumbs up. I could get behind selling their frozen pizzas, I love them.
