I scheduled service appointment many times, first time they said will mobile service to my house and they cancel it one hour early from the appointment time :) second service even not showed in my Lucid App and now I can’t get any service :) My Lucid both rear upper tires rubber drop down, memory seats not working, front LED lights off and NOBODY of Lucid employees cares :) also they don’t even want give me an service appointment. NEVER GET A LUCID, they are terrible!!!

Stopped by without an appointment to have some items looked at per a service call. They promptly took and look, fixed one of the issues and schedualed a mobile repair for the other item under warranty. Couldnt be more happy. Definately earned a repeat customer.

Great team! I had my 3rd row seat malfunctioning on Gravity and gave a call to this center while in LA. The team was OK for me to stop by without appointment to see the issue on the same day. They checked the car for 10 mins and provided temporal solution till the full scheduled appointment will come. Had very pleasant experience.

I bought a lucid, gravity and have had nothing but serious software issues. I bought this one hundred and fifty thousand dollar vehicle and recieved one key, no key cards and they want to charge me for another key that doesn't work. This is definitely a software issue and i've been stranded numerous times unable to get into my vehicle. And the thank you, is, here's another key for 2 hundred dollars.
