Loved this car, felt safe in it, in the rain ,storm or not. It's like driving a go-car, all gas no brake(for me), lots of safety,from red light of cars that are near, automatic break, keep eyes on the road warning, searbelt bell, so many safety features, all around roomy, beautiful safe,slick car. Just feel like the charging was a waste of my time, longer than it would take to fill an expensive gas car with less anxiety.

Lucid is a really fun car to drive, but is definitely behind on the technology. The Lucid Air is sleek, modern looking and FAST! The ride is smooth as butter and the handling is ridiculous: unmatched by others! The car easily handles top speeds without swerving or even the steering wheel moving. Also, the range!!! I have a brand new Licid Gravity and it had a few minor issues so it went in for service at this location. It was also where I picked it up brand new. The service I have received from Chris and Kim have been over the top excellent. I highly recommend both the lucid and their service department and people.

What can I say - they are everything that Tesla isn't - in the most outstanding way. Thrilled we bought a Lucid when we dumped our model s Tesla. Very happy with lucid service AND ability to talk to real human beings, yet also with good app service when I don't have time.

I want to be 5 stars but linger between 2-3. After the sale, I feel like you're on your own. I've driven an EV for 7 years and there were so many minor challenges with the tech of this car, some I would say major, but the early adopter is real. I would not get this car until they have access to the Tesla network of chargers. I've been to many that charge 6kw =8.0461 HP 10-22mph. Ridiculous unless you live there or it's a long stay. We had the joy of joining the Lucid family this week with our first of many, cars. The vehicles are spectacular, the way they look, drive, the features and functionality...everything about them makes them 'best of class' imho. The real joys of Lucid, are the people and the experience. Cory Fullmer was GREAT! I had my lucid for about a year and I must say it is one of the best cars I have driven cs an older 2013 A8, lexus 460L and a 2015 s550. There are minor growing pains for this car but that was expected and Costa Mesa has gone far and beyond to handle the situation. Also the text customer service and mobile service were on par. Although I live in Pasadena area I choose Costa Mesa as my go to since their service advisors have been stellar such as Francisco.
