Picked up our leased Lucid. Appointment was at 12 noon had to wait a little. Wait area is decent coffee available. Took the time to set the user profile.

The wait for a service appointment is more than two months. My cruise control/dream drive stopped working and there’s no way to get the car in to have that fix until two months from now.

Lucid is a really fun car to drive, but is definitely behind on the technology. The Lucid Air is sleek, modern looking and FAST! The ride is smooth as butter and the handling is ridiculous: unmatched by others! The car easily handles top speeds without swerving or even the steering wheel moving. Also, the range!!! Up to 500 miles- that is insane! That was also a major appeal to us. The Gravity is just not that cute in my opinion, it looks too much like a minivan and not enough like an SUV. Don’t waste your money. Lots of nice things about the car but when you can’t get in the car or drive the car because of glitches all over the place it becomes a bigger headache than it is worth. And this service center is rude and disrespectful. I’ve had nothing but problems and been very reasonable and patient, and still not treated with courtesy. I would spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere 🍋
