Just completed the most relaxing product demo of a car that I’ve ever had in my entire life. I have owned four cars over the past 20 years and I’ve never had the treatment that Justin has provided to my family and I from start to finish. he was a constant professional very knowledgeable about the product and provide an experience. It makes me want to come back. Tell my friends about the product and have them work on purchasing an item as well.
Great experience from start to finish. The size of the facility is super impressive. Justin Jones did a fantastic job explaining the vehicle features and directed me to a wide range of roads that enabled me to get a good sense of the Lucid Gravity's amazing capabilities.
I visited for a test drive and found a friendly team of knowledgeable people, in particular Justin, who explained the vehicle and sales process. They were super accommodating and let me walk in, solo test drive two vehicle configs back to back, and answered all my silly questions. Best of all, my 3 year old walked out with a Hot Wheels Lucid Air!! I'm jealous he got a Lucid from the team before I did. If or when I get a Lucid, this is the team I look forward to working with. I had two great experiences at the Lucid Studio in King of Prussia, thanks to Jordayn, Elijah, and Justin! They thoroughly educated me on the different trim models, options, and benefits. Wanted to share a great experience after buying my 2026 Lucid Air at the King of Prussia delivery/service center. I had a weird one happen....when going to use my windshield wipers on my new car I realized the right side didn't even move an inch. My first thought was geez I gotta drive 127 miles to the jersey shore with only the left side wiper.
