So your choices in South Florida in this area are either Miami and Riviera Beach. Not great choices if you live in between; however, once you get there, they are quite excellent, and it is a very large center with a lot of inventory and people that care. The employees are actually very caring, and it's a question about Lucid. I just picked up a new car, so for me I would say this was an excellent place. The experience could have been a little bit better, but compared to most auto dealerships, they're doing a good job.

My entire buying and vehicle delivery experience a few days later was absolutely seamless and beyond my expectations. I have purchased numerous vehicles since my first one back in 1974. This was by far the best. No negotiations or the usual underhanded car dealer gimmicks involved. The price you see online is the price you pay. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Lucid service experience. Lucid arranged for my new Air Grand Touring to be taken to Windermere Collision in Orlando for a simple trunk alignment under warranty. When I picked it up in person, the rear bumper had been damaged. I reminded them the car was ceramic coated and explicitly told them not to polish it, yet they polished it anyway, removed the coating, and the damage was still present.
