Waited 8 weeks for a service appointment, then nearly another month to get the car back — only to find none of the reported issues were actually resolved. The same problems are still present. First service experience (CCC2 chip installation and Frunk alignment on my '23 Lucid Air Grand Touring). Tyler and John were the epitome of professionalism. 100% satisfied and highly recommend. Thank you Lucid Team!
AMAZING GREAT JOB! This team for sure sets the bar for HIGH LINE customer service. John and Rob both were attentive and never made me feel like I was asking for too much! Customer service is top notch. Can't wait to get my car back! Thank you everyone! Great work. I wish I had to bring my car in for service more often, these guys get it!

Did it matter to these guys? Nope. The service manager refused to replace the tire at no char... read more
