Waited 8 weeks for a service appointment, then nearly another month to get the car back — only to find none of the reported issues were actually resolved. The same problems are still present. This was a warranty service, yet I paid $600 and the car sat there for 3 weeks for what felt like a basic clean rather than meaningful work. I’m so frustrated with this service center. Keep in mind this car only has 9,600 miles on it. After getting service messages on the screen, I scheduled an appointment online. When in for the service It took them 3 days to tell me it needed a new battery. Then took 4 more days to complete the work. This is after I scheduled an appointment. Why bother scheduling an appointment. Got the car back Fast forward one week. The problem with this service center is the same problem that I have found with all of Lucid support - it's horrible! Most recently, I had a tire with an obvious defect - a giant bubble protruding from the sidewall. I sent the service center pictures of the tire before I brought it in which clearly showed both the defect AND that there wasn't a scratch or mark on either the tire or on the rim to indicate that I had hit anything. Very good experience with getting work done on my Air Touring. Josh was excellent. Always available to talk. He gave timely updates. I wish they would accept Insurance for glass replacement. It will make it much easier for the customers.
