I would personally like the thank Bryan at the Lucid service Center, he’s a gem of a guy. His attention to detail, friendly and calm attitude make it easy to explain the issues and get it rectified. He’s always doing something extra to make you feel special and happy with the service.
I own a lot of vehicles so I've experienced many OEM service centres before. I actually also own an automotive business myself; the highest rated independent service centre in Alberta. I can pledge that you'd be hard pressed to find a better experience than the one offered by Mitch, Brian and the team at Lucid Vancouver. I live in Calgary and had to take my Lucid Air Touring in for some warranty work to be done. The drive to Vancouver was fantastic, clear road gave me an opportunity to really drive the car. WOW is an understatement. On arrival, Brian and the team were fantastic, took his time explaining what was to be done on my car I was provided with a Grand Touring loaner for the weekend.
