If I can save one person from making the mistake I did, that's enough. Do *not* get a Lucid vehicle. They don't honor their warranty. The vehicles are not safe. They blame the customer for manufacturer defects. You'll be stranded on the side of the road. And they'll try to get you to pay for all the defects that occur and reoccur ad nauseum.
I had a great experience at the Lucid showroom in the Cherry Creek Mall. You can walk in and test drive a car on the spot or there is an option for an extended overnight test drive. Jeff was very accommodating and provided great service. Although, I ultimately went with a different car, my experience here was exceptional.
Sales team is completely unresponsive. I’ve attempted with two different sales reps and none of my emails went answered. I can tell Dylan and Keely were just sending out automated emails and didn’t care to respond to potential buyers they felt weren’t going to close quickly. I was very excited about Lucid, but if this is the first impression, it scares me off from wanting to actually purchase a car.
This Lucid Gravity is the worst car I've ever owned. Today is a week that I've had it. The car stopped working 4 days ago. I called the sales person Noel. He says call customer service they say oh sorry its a holiday weekend we can help. Service finally comes to my house to get it going. It starts, then once again the service warning lights start going off, the suspension, airbag, sensor blocked warning, cruise control stops working randomly. Sweet studio experience, Jeff was incredible and Dave who handled our delivery was great too. The online dashboard experience leaves a bit to be desired and has room for improvement. Had the car for 3 days now and I'm blown away and this is coming from 3 decades of BMWs, Porsches....etc. overall, extremely positive customer experience so far.
