Our dog had his temperament test and did great! The staff provided a report of things he enjoyed and how the day went. The staff was awesome and responded to my emails quickly. Already booked him for boarding!

Literally the best place ever. Pure heaven if you love dogs and your dog loves to play!! The staff truly has a passion for loving our fur babies and it shows. Can’t wait to bring Magnolia back again!

My puppy went to a temperament visit today, and the team members were so helpful and responded to me emails promptly. I feel good knowing my puppy was in good hands. Ruthie slept all the way home, and met two new friends Muffin and Blue. Thanks to all who looked after her!
We just started taking our boxer Samson to the Steele creek location a few weeks ago and we are so happy we did!! Samson loves it and we can tell he a great time when we picked him up after a five day stay and he was so chill and didn't show any signs of stress . Some friends/ co workers recommended Lucky Dog and they were right with their review. This is definitely going to be Sam's home away from home! Thank you to the staff that watched over my pups this past weekend. We have used their boarding services a few times and were always very satisfied with the experience. This time, one of my pups wasn’t feeling so well and had some minor digestive issues. I really appreciated the staff reaching out to me by email to let me know what was going on. Our puppy, Pyxis, is a quarantine pup. Therefore, she hasn’t gotten too many opportunities to socialize and it’s hard to really get her the exercise she needs. I haven’t left her with anyone since the day I got her and was very nervous to go away for a few days. The staff was AMAZING; they assured me she’d be okay and put me at ease when I cried at drop off. Lucky Dog is a great place. If you like dogs you should go, If you love dogs... its a must!! Our 2 dogs (Amante and Enzo) love it there. The staff is great. The other day I offically met Savanah, an employee, and she was out in the yard and was so on top of everything!! She picked up if an owner didn't see their dog "go" she played with the dogs, watched to be sure the dogs were behaving, interacted nicely with guests and cleaned tables and brought drinks when needed!
