RecommendedI usually don't leave lengthy reviews, but I feel I must with this location. The staff are truly amazing and they actually do care about your fur babies, as well as their guests. I experienced a tragedy there that I would not wish on my worst enemy-my baby boy collapsed unexpectedly. The staff jumped into action and made an extremely difficult time a little more manageable. My dog, who was formally terrified of the car, now makes a run for it if he thinks he is going to “school”! He loves daycare and boarding both (stayed a week). So Milo (and Steve) give Lucky Dog two paws up

The atmosphere is so fun and friendly. I haven’t met one coworker that was rude or not friendly. It sincerely is one of the happiest places on earth!

We took our Lab Summit there for the first time today for Grooming including the Furminator treatment. We were blown away by the customer service (care for our dog and taking the time to show us the facilities as we're considering the daycare and boarding services in the future), how soft & shiny his coat was, and we will certainly be returning.
