RecommendedNicky and Angela (possibly misspelled) made my first time perfect. I was scoping things out on behalf of my overprotected dog, and they made things so easy. They explained dog rules, human rules, and general etiquette, so I felt like not only a guest, but a welcome participant. It was customer service defined. I’m so excited that this place is so close to my house and I trust even my ratchet dogs to find a home and happy place here.
