Building is nice but don’t expect your apartment to be clean when you move in. I had to ask them to come a second time and still the apartment is dirty. For the price we’re paying I’m not happy.
I'm not happy living here. They raised the rent, and when I called the emergency number yesterday, the person who answered was impolite. The staff here is generally unfriendly, and I'm disappointed. I'm paying a high rent with no benefits. Last night, the air conditioner wasn't working, and I couldn't sleep. I contacted the emergency number, but it didn't help.
I moved into the building in June, I love it! It’s new and perfectly located. The staff and building manager have been so kind and accommodating and have gone above and beyond to ensure things are being dealt with, they work non stop! Although there is still construction going on in some part of the building, there is no noise, it is a super quiet building. I would highly recommend!
I haven't actually officially moved in yet, but the leasing process and recieving my keys etc was extremely smooth. The staff have been excellent to deal with. I look forward to making Luma my forever home!
What a beautifully designed space! This review is for real, even though it sounds like a marketing bot. I toured the building and wow 🤩 they were ahead of the trend on every detail, from exposed concrete, bedazzled light fixtures, textured and recessed wall and ceiling features, clean lines with white octagon tiles and wide plank wood flooring in distressed beach, floor to ceiling windows with built in coverings, animals are family, so they built cool amenities for them and for the humans!
