I was very pleased with my installers. They said they would be here between 8 and 9 and they text me at 7:59 and said they were 1 minute away. Right then my doorbell rang. They were very neat and were finished by noon. All 4 were very nice young men. Thank you.
The workers were very professional and worked in record time as a team to complete the installation in the time promised. They were answering any of my questions when asked and kept me informed at what they were doing and what to expect next. This is the second home I have had installation done and this was the best Quality installation. From the salesman to the installation crew I was very impressed with their knowledge and work ethics.
My first solar experience and it has been great. Can't wait to see how the solar panels help me save. Update It has been 2 weeks and still no one has told me a date for PTO. I am not sure how hard it is to set an appointment for PTO. Right now I have solar panels sitting on the house doing nothing.
Great company and team to work with. They are passionate about what they provide, and strive to make sure we are aware of every step in the process. Highly recommend!
I am so disillusioned by this company. I recently leased 12 panels from this company in addition to 32 other panels, previously purchased and now, paid for so I would not have an electricity bill. I was promised that I would only be paying the lease amount and that the electricity bill would be zeroed out. Come to find out that is not true because my production and consumption are not evening out and I am now receiving an electric bill but also have to pay for leasing the 12 extra panels.
