This was my second experience with Lumio and even though I knew what to expect, they still took me through all of the steps of the process. The installers were very polite, answered my questions, and left the site as clean as when they started. They frequently checked with me to let me know what was happening and if I had additional questions. Definitely recommend them if you are interested in electric solar panels.
Christian was or sales rep and he did a great job answering all of our questions. Our install was a little bit crazy but non the less it still got done in a timely manner. And every step we where informed of what was going on.
Everything about Lumio is 5 star from the beginning the end sales person in charged Ryan Lowe was every professional and detail on explaining our experience was awesome and the installation guys super professional ! They are experts.
Lumio did what most companies we've dealt with did not: they delivered on every promise including their promised timeline! How refreshing is that to say nothing of being such a novel practice.
My experience with my Lumio installation was excellent. Everyone was always very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had, they took the time to walk me through them and to give me an answer. They also worked with me to make minor installation changes where I felt in was in my best interest. I have worked with alot of contractors and Lumio did a great job for me. I would recommend them to anyone.
