The best experience from sales to installation. Mike and his installation crew (Ruben) finished the 500 square foot area in 1-1/2 days courteously and professionally. We highly recommend Luna of Kildeer.
Just wanted to let everyone know that our flooring and carpeting were installed and we couldn't be happier! I wrote about our dealings with John at Luna (see 8-23 review) and now I have to commend Oscar and crew for their fantastic job. They completed the job in one day, something we never thought could be done, working non stop, cleaning up and removing all old carpeting, etc. I highly recommend John, Oscar and crew and Luna for all they did to make our floors so appealing. Thanks to all of you.
We've been looking for carpeting and flooring for the last year and John and Luna cinched the deal in 1 day with John's hard work, patience, knowledge, customer service, etc., and Luna's excellent selection & pricing. Our flooring and carpeting haven't been installed yet but we'll surely write a review once it's done!
SCAM ARTISTS!!! If there was an option to give zero or negative stars I would. I had a salesperson come into my home and tell me that the floors I purchased were waterproof and not water resistant. And that I had a lifetime warranty for all dings and scratches. It turns out none of that was accurate. There were scratches and dents in some of the boards after installation and they were going to charge me to fix it. This was a week after putting them in I found it. We were supposed to have an install today and no one showed up. We got a call asking how the install was going at 5:30pm and still don’t have a resolution 2 hours later. Our kids don’t have beds to sleep in because we disassembled everything in preparation for today. We went with Luna specifically because of the short window for install that we need.
