2021 Highly disappointed in our situation. Salesman (Brian Sternstein) knows nothing of their products. We have current flooring that needed to come up and he didn’t even know how to quote the job. Was given a quote of $5400 initially only to be charged with an additional $2500 upon arrival of installers for additional “demo fees” and install of 1/4 plywood to make floors all the same level. Great store
I impulsively scheduled an appointment with Luna because they had Sunday appts. The salesman from Luna Seth Bordan guaranteed me that my family room only required one piece of carpet and no seams. However, when they came to install, there were 3 pieces of carpet. I talked to Seth and he said that he never guaranteed that there would be one piece of carpet. He had totally sat in my house a few days prior and lied to my face! I will never use this dishonest and unhelpful company again
