Great hotel if you want to stay in midtown Lovely hotel. Great location, rooms a decent size for NY and are light, clean and nicely furnished. (I had spent a few nights previously in the Financial district where hotel room was dark and pretty miserable so the Broadway plaza was like a breath of fresh air!) Staff are super helpful particularly the wonderful Peter. Thank you!

They responded remarkably quickly and kept me updated throughout the project, adding sleek LED uplights to accentuate the newly installed stone pathway. Overall, great service!

Hired Lush Landscaping to redo our front yard. They showed up 3 hours late on the first day, then didn't come back for two weeks. When they finally finished, half the sod was already dead and the flower beds were crooked. Called them multiple times to come fix it — never got a callback. $4,500 down the drain.
I had a very disappointing experience with Lush Landscaping. Mike assured me the project would be completed within a week, but it dragged on for nearly three weeks with very little communication. The lawn installation was uneven, and some of the plants started dying within days. I expected much better service.
