10 years ago they replaced our roof. Couple of weeks ago we had a wind storm that blew off shingles. They stopped by checked the roof, replaced the shingles at no charge. Thank you!
We recently had Lutgens’s finish the second round of remodeling to make our retirement much more enjoyable. I can’t say enough about all the workers and the finished job. This was our first experience with Lutgen Companies. We had our main floor bathroom remodeled. The Project Manager was Nate. The entire team that worked on our project was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. It is a challenge when you are working in someone's home and they were respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of each day. We recommend them for a job well done and are already talking to them about a new project.
From the beginning of the project, working with Sean, with the crew during the construction, to the final touches of the project, we were so impressed by the effort everyone took to keep us informed and truly cared about our satisfaction. From start to finish, the Lutgen Co's provided professional, experienced work with great attention to detail. Every step along the way was reviewed & they offered great suggestions for review. They replaced old, faded cedar siding with beautiful 6" steel siding, wood windows, old doors, +25 yr old shingles & new leafless gutters.
