The day after Thanksgiving I found a stray dog! I was up north and I went to their vet and wanted blood work done because let's face it if it had anything terminal like cancer I would not take an older dog. They were going to charge me $300! This place opened under new management, it was closed for a year, and used to be Jones Animal Hospital, now Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital. I just walked in on Sunday after 4 pm, I was happy for an excellent service, very friendly staff and more important reasonable priced, yes they Luv-N-Care pets. Paid $10 for each vaccine as an opening special for new customers. Open 7 Days; provide excellent care and reasonable prices. Took my dog to Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital for his neutering because it was the clinic the rescue we adopted him from was using, but would give anything to have taken him somewhere else. Both the veterinarian and the woman working the front desk seemed 100 percent disinterested in the questions I had about my dog's health issues. Not only were they combative with their responses, but did not brief me on the side effects my dog would be experiencing when the anesthesia began to wear off. I lboarded my doberman with this place. Later that evening I received a call that my dog had been hit by a car. He later died from the accident. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. The did pay for the cremation and offer to care for any dog that I might get in the future. I was not offer any other compensation. I thought that I had left my dog in good care, WRONG. I definitely would not recommend this place.
