Do not rent from The Lux Off Archer! I applied and received acceptance, so I paid my deposit and was told I can move in beginning of September, then never heard from them a month before/on/or after my move in date. I called them many times and was never answered, on both on-site phone and cell phone, and both voicemails are full 24/7. Finally, I got ahold of them middle of September and requested a refund for my $500 deposit, gave them my mailing address, and was told I’ll be receiving a check. I have been living in these almost a year, no property owners /management team is absolutely horrible. I have a long list of unfinished things in my apartment that have not been completed from day one. I was told that unfinished paint jobs were going to be completed I was told Patrick was going to be fixed I was told that security lighting for the tenant security in the back area was going to be done it was never done.
