Alex, the new manager, is super easy to work with! He has accommodated all of my requests (within reason), displayed amazing customer service, and made the move-in process as efficient as possible! The new management is amazing! Viewing and move in process was a breeze! Brand new appliances, nice wooden floors and good security! I love that I can see the river from my apartment! MANAGEMNT..lied... stated they had no forwarding address...i gave it to Him..we still have not received our deposit back.9/20/23.After they requested All of us to move for remodeling.6/1/23a project..that was a nightmare.. They rent was 399..now it's 645..lol.... they now take section 8.. that will be A government program rip off... considering the evicted 😪😪..some .that were on comm care...program. .and some that were .elderly in there 80..
