Excellent experience! The property manager, Bambi, is super kind, friendly and fair. She helped me out a ton with the application process and was very sympathetic to my current situation. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for me to help me get my own roof over my head after living in hotels for the majority of this year. I moved in August 2024 and have had a positive experience from the start. The property manager Bambi made moving in and adjusting very easy. She answers my questions very quickly and the team makes sure everything is going good. The apartment its self is a perfect size for a studio with nice new upgrades especially the refrigerator and oven. Property manager Bambi is the most amazing person I’ve ever met to manage lux off Riverwalk! She is very understanding and cooperative. Had no issues nor had to wait to sign paperwork. Highly recommended
Definitely becoming part of the gentrified community of Delano. It's within walking distance of Wichita's Downtown where there's lot of restaurants, museums, tattoo shops and much more! If you like baseball, then be ready to hear the crowd cheering along with the fireworks at the end of the games when they win. Just the other day I walked my dog and ended up walking right into a crowd of people enjoying an event they call "Open Streets Wichita" where they closed down Douglas and everyone came out to be part of a community.... read more
My move in experience was super easy and everything went smoothly. Bambi, the apartment manager is very attentive and is always quickly reachable if anything did go wrong so that is very relieving compared to past apartments.
