I had such a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the visit. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years because of anxiety, and I was honestly really nervous. Very impressed with my experience with my dentist, Dr. Mustafa, MacKenzie who assisted and the other lady who did the xray, and the receptionist, Laurie, at Luxe Dental Group. A very relaxed and professional team. It was big job to fix. But they did wonderful work. Thank you so much everyone!
The staff are friendly and approachable. Even the hygienist, Bree, who assisted me today we're super nice and funny. She is very knowledgeable about tooth cleaning and stuff. I definitely recommend them. They are my go to dental clinic. I never had one but great thing I found them and from the first experience till to now, second time was always a day to remember..everyone is wearing smile to their faces. New dental hygienist Bri was an absolute gem, made sure any concerns I had were addressed and very friendly to speak to. Otherwise my experience with the team for oral treatment (Invisalign) was smooth and clear expectations and explanations were provided. Staff were kind and knowledgeable/ informative.
Amazing experience all the way around - from being greeted with smiling faces & Dr Browns cute little puppy, Charlie in the waiting room, to our hygienist, Brianna! She was amazing with my 4yr old daughter! I couldn’t be happier with our dental clinic!
