Very clean laundromat, plenty of machines whether you have a small load or several loads I love that they have different sized machines I ended up using two 4 load washers and one of the 6 load washer I was done in just about an hour and half on a weekend morning, usually if I use the laundry room in my complex the amount of laundry I had would have easily taken up my entire morning😅. Also I was super impressed by how clean the bathroom was, usually I steer clear of public bathrooms in general but this was sparkling clean. ... read more
Great customer service. The manager cares always going new equipment. Coinless for every 20 dollars they give you 3 dollars extra. Clean and nice. Let's make it successful
Honestly the best laundromat hands down in the Koreatown area. Ever since the one I frequented burned down and another one I tried got absurdly expensive, I decided to give Luxe Laundries a go and was not disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the area is always clean and well tended to. Its also not hard to access and you can easily just drive up and haul your laundry without blocking anyone's way. The all digital payment system and reloading laundry card is also the best 'cause you don't struggle with change. 10/10.
I love what the new ownership has done to this laundry mat. New advanced washers with quicker wash times. Javier is an amazing attendant he speaks with all customers and knows us by name. Brings a cart out to us in the lot. Definitely deserves a raise he’s extremely attentive to this facility and its customers. I hate to see all negative comments about this laundry mats pricing. You get what you pay for and the new washers and dryers are worth it.
Whatever you’re paying Javier, double it. What a welcoming, genuine, knowledgable, kind and helpful person he is. Really delightful. The card system at Luxe isn’t immediately intuitive, and yet before I knew it, Javier had me using it like an old pro. When an older woman was struggling with hers, he noticed right away and vaulted over a language barrier to help her out. She walked away smiling. I got the run-down on all the machines and their weight limits, last wash 8:30 pm for a 10 pm close, and all the wash n fold rates &... read more
