I've been very happy since finding this laundromat. It's VERY clean, has helpful employees available most hours, competitively priced, and newer machines that do their job. To avoid making errors, make sure that you have an employee walk you through the first time you use their facilities. It's best to use their pre-paid card that has bonus money - saving you up to twenty five percent.
Always clean. Attendants are friendly and you can see they are constantly cleaning and making sure everything is okay. The washers and dryers work well and there is usually enough room to fold, but it does get pretty busy at times. Prices are on the high side but I think it’s worth it.
Nice facilities but the machines are way too expensive (smallest washers are $5 per load) and the load labels are misleading. The small machines are labeled as 2-load machines and they CANNOT fit two loads. Also, on the dryers, if you want to top off and swipe your card before remembering to select the top off option, it will charge you the full price for a load and you can't cancel or change your selection. You're just out of $2.75 at that point. I won't be coming back here again.
BEWARE: Someone stole a shirt of mine out of my washing machine. It went in and never came out. Granted that is mostly my fault because I went to wait in my car while my wash was being done, but folks should know this is a possibility at this laundromat.
I swiped my cc twice, once for $5 detergent and another for a wash in the $5 machine. I see two charges for $15 totaling $30 - am I missing something or did you just steal $20 from me? ——————————— Edit I see the Credit Card policy notice, but that doesn’t explain what I’m seeing - the cc policy says that I should see a hold of only $20 when I spend less than $20. But I see two holds for $15 each…assuming they are holds. I’ll change the stars on this review once my money is back, I suppose a hold on the card is reasonable... read more
