Jennifer at The Lux of Denton was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and made both me and my girlfriend feel right at home during the whole leasing process. Honestly, she was great, felt like we were talking to a friend. She really made the experience awesome!
The property and amenities are absolutely beautiful. The location is conveniently close to the highway, but it also feels “secluded” at the same time. I toured once and then went back again the next day. Both times, Jenni was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions (and my requests to see multiple units multiple times). She did everything she could to check off every box on my “must have” list, and I truly appreciate it. I feel confident and excited about calling The Luxe my future home!
The Luxe at Denton tour and leasing process has been excellent. Customer service is their top priority, and they delivered! Ron was very helpful and communicated with me consistently when I needed to go on tours and for the leasing process. The property is top notch!! I can’t wait to move in!
My daughter and I recently visited The Luxe in Denton to look at homes, and Hailey was the one who showed us around. She did an absolutely wonderful job. The homes were spectacular, and Haley took her time explaining everything thoroughly, breaking down all the details in a way that was easy to understand. Jenni was an absolute sweet heart. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She ensured that any questions that I had was answered and if she wasn’t sure she would try and find out for me. She truly cares about each resident and making sure your future home is the perfect fit for you.
