We just rented from The Luxe. We have had a great experience! William has been wonderful! He recognized me the minute I walked in the door from previous visits and even though he is a very busy manager, he took the time to give us a tour and answer all of our questions! The leasing staff has also been very friendly! We are excited for our upcoming move and very appreciative for the customer service we have received.
I have to give a shout out to Luiza and the team and the Luxe of Prosper. We went a few days ago to tour the place, and it is beautiful! Definitely feels like home. It’s luxurious, clean, and communication has always been top tier! If you are looking for a place to call home, be comfortable with ALL the amenities they offer, look no further. I’m telling you, THIS is the place. Luiza helped us, but we could see/hear how the other team worked with other people as well and it is just a great positive atmosphere.
We have lived here since the very beginning when it was first built! We have loved it here! Will, Lane and Lexi have been the best people to talk to if we ever needed help or when we moved to a bigger unit. They host so many fun events here that we have loved attending including our dog! The maintenance people have also been so great and quick to fix things!
I just moved in and I am so happy to call Luxe of Prosper my home!! I toured on Saturday, 2/22/25, with Luiza. She was fantastic!! She is so welcoming and I enjoyed her humor as well as her professionalism. In the end she was one of the reasons I chose this complex. I love the properties!!
