We purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub on this store back in 2022. The unit was supposed to be good for usage outside. After three years the unit interior wood framework started to crack down because the humidity and termites. Also, a small leaking was noticed from the bottom of the unit. I called the company, and they told me that the guaranteed Brandt. 1 year for the structure and three (3) years for thr equipment.
