I had a great buying experience with Luxe. Paula was great from the moment I walked in and Marisa gave me a great deal on the exact product that I was looking for. Luis, their in-house Jacuzzi Certified Technician, came to my house to tweak a few mechanical things and really went above and beyond educating me on the system and making sure everything was working perfect before he left. Since I’m a new spa owner, it’s nice to know that Luis is available to help if needed.
We purchased a jacuzzi from Luxe and the purchase was outstanding. Now it needs service and we asked to have this done at the beginning of September. We were told we would be put on a VIP list and, once their technician got training we would get service. We still have a broken product and I have not heard from them since September 3rd. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Paola. We spoke about what I was looking for and she showed me many samples to view. She is incredibly sweet and helpful! We had several conversations and she patiently answered all of my questions. I love my custom outdoor umbrellas and I highly recommend Paola and Luxe Outdoor Living!!!
Paula was so helpful and sweet- such a pleasure to work with. She had extensive knowledge on the products and encouraged a sale but was not too pushy.She had great pride in her products and employees who made the products. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers and will definitely ask for Paula.
Wow! This place is 5 star. Their selection of patio products is amazing. Their prices are reasonable…but the best thing is the service. I had a complicated jacuzzi install and Marisa helped me every step of the way. She knows everything about hot tubs and was a huge help in creating my backyard oasis. I highly recommend Luxe Outdoor Living for all of your outdoor furniture and decor!
