Exceptional service and a wide variety of frames. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Their optometrist was extremely patient and attentive. They had my new frames ready to go in two hours time (this process usually takes a week or two at pretty much every other place). You can tell they truly enjoy providing not just great frames but also excellent service. I took my family here for the first time for our annual eye check up (Luxeye flushing branch). It is a very different experience from what we had in the past from our previous provider from whom we were waiting so long at the waiting area. And that we felt we are being rushed as soon as we are with the doctor. The person who helped us is very thorough in explaining the charges afterwards. Last Saturday I found I lost one of my nose pad which is a pain. When I'm strolling in Chinatown, I approached Luxeye Optimal by chance. The staff in the store lobby learnt what I need, then found a nose pad and installed it as quick as lightening. He even gave it to me for free. Really appreciated his favour. Highly commendable speed and service level as well.
I'm very happy to have found this place. Prior to getting a pair of prescription Oliver People eyeglasses from Luxeye, I had been getting glasses from another place. I wanted a new selection of nicer, cooler and different glasses from my usual place, so I came into here. Jenny assisted me, so nicely and so friendly. She was extremely courteous, helpful and attentive, without the pressure or the usual push I've encountered at my prior place.
