Finding a great therapist is very similar to dating. lol You have to know what you’re looking for and it can take a couple or many tries. So just keep going until you find one that works for you. You learn things about yourself and your needs as you keep progressing. I knew I needed at the very least a woman of color to understand my experiences. Luz is a great therapist.
