Your search for the ultimate office furniture store just ended here! We have bought several office desks over the years along with some spare keys... months after the sale. I have always found these folks to be kind, patient, well informed, and most important to me eager to help! Oh, their prices are great too ;-)
My wife works from home and her office chair bit the dust. I had been looking around for a new one and found LW on Google. They had pictures of what they had in stock and I saw a near identical chair to what I use at work for a fraction of the price as new. Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly and was shown the warehouse where I spied the chair I had seen online. Excellent customer service! I have to give a big kudos to Rosta Bell in her diligent efforts to meet our needs. Even though our team keeps changing the conditions, she is determined to find us a solution. She's also very response and a pleasure to talk to. Wow! What great service! I called in on Monday and spoke with Tim, and by Thursday morning, our office had a new, 8-foot conference room table delivered and in place for a Thursday evening meeting!
