My wife works from home and her office chair bit the dust. I had been looking around for a new one and found LW on Google. They had pictures of what they had in stock and I saw a near identical chair to what I use at work for a fraction of the price as new. Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly and was shown the warehouse where I spied the chair I had seen online. Excellent customer service! I have to give a big kudos to Rosta Bell in her diligent efforts to meet our needs. Even though our team keeps changing the conditions, she is determined to find us a solution. She's also very response and a pleasure to talk to. Your search for the ultimate office furniture store just ended here! We have bought several office desks over the years along with some spare keys... months after the sale. I have always found these folks to be kind, patient, well informed, and most important to me eager to help! Oh, their prices are great too ;-)
Easy to shop. A very large selection of new and used office furniture. The staff is very freindly and warm. I went on a very cold day and the guy loaded the chair for me. I was allowed to browse the new and used areas and try out as many chairs as I liked. The used is in great shape and a great value. I am very happy with my purchase and the staff.
