My wife works from home and her office chair bit the dust. I had been looking around for a new one and found LW on Google. They had pictures of what they had in stock and I saw a near identical chair to what I use at work for a fraction of the price as new. Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly and was shown the warehouse where I spied the chair I had seen online. Your search for the ultimate office furniture store just ended here! We have bought several office desks over the years along with some spare keys... months after the sale. I have always found these folks to be kind, patient, well informed, and most important to me eager to help! Oh, their prices are great too ;-)
We found the perfect desk for our sound system at our church. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and after listening to a quick description of what we needed, she took us to the perfect desk. She showed us other options to consider, but we settled on the first one she showed us. We appreciated their sincere effort to get us the perfect desk.
Excellent customer service! I have to give a big kudos to Rosta Bell in her diligent efforts to meet our needs. Even though our team keeps changing the conditions, she is determined to find us a solution. She's also very response and a pleasure to talk to. Wow! What great service! I called in on Monday and spoke with Tim, and by Thursday morning, our office had a new, 8-foot conference room table delivered and in place for a Thursday evening meeting!
