While I am not actually renting, I wanted to share my feedback from a comp shop tour. Upon walking in, Nancy greeted me with a warm smile. She started asking questions on what I was looking for - I felt like we were getting to know one another. Long lost friends if I am being honest. I would like to personally thank the staff at limestone Nancy ,Tito , Joey and Jalen for the great job and being professional and friendly. We just renewed our lease for the second time and it's been a great experience living here and they work hard and I just wanted to show my appreciation and thank you for the great service they've provided.
Go in to sign a lease. But "we do that online". But the email for this has no link to "do that online". And then it's storytime regarding whose fault everything is. We were offered a full-on refund for what we paid to sign with LSR, but *not* the time we lost preparing to move somewhere where we now magically have no lease to move in at. We kind of need this resolved or we kind of need damages in the form of time lost (wages too) in preparing for a move that may have been a lie from the first conversation. No follow through I have called the office and left messages to speak with the Manager and I am ignored or if I actually reach a person I am told he is working offsite or working at home. I caught the manager in the office and he took time to sit down with me and talk about my concerns. I really thought he listened. The next day the whole team came to my apartment looked at the fan I wanted installed and that was the last I saw of anyone. I have since written three more emails that have been ignored. Working with Nancy and Tyrone has been very pleasurable!! They’ve made sure we have been treated right along the whole moving in process, and they made everything really easy! I’m really excited to start the journey living at lymestone! We are two young girls trying to figure things out on our own, and they carried us through the whole process making sure we’re getting what we deserve! I highly recommend working with Nancy if you are considering lymestone!
