I’ve never encountered a medical office so devoid of empathy and compassion. I strongly suggest they remove those words from their website and replace them with more accurate descriptors like supercilious, arrogant, and dismissive. After navigating the anxiety and vulnerability that come with seeking surgical help, I was met with cold indifference and outright dismissal.
