Lynette is the absolute best therapist I've had. She actually helps me work on myself. She provides me coping skills and things that actually help. She listens, she's real and relatable. I actually feel human again and don't need to rely on medication. I am so happy. Lifestance itself, easy booking, definitely recommend this company!
