My family and i are extremely satisfied with the care my mom has been provided, from the moment you enter the receptionist always greets you with a smile, the CNAs, aides, nurses therapists and all staff are very good at their profession, I love that my mom mom is treated love, kindness and respect. There are daily activities for your loved ones to be entertained. The care is high quality at Lynn Care. After interviewing several facilities, we chose Lynn Care and happy we did. My Father was at Lynn Care for 10 months. The entire staff was friendly and helpful to his many needs. I was very impressed with all phases especially the ladies in rehab, nursing, caregivers and cleaning ladies. The financials were quite a hurdle for us but with Cathy's persistance we got thru the process Thank you all
This is not the place you want a loved one to go!! My Gram died because of the lack of care, she was given at this facility! How it has a 4.4, is beyond me! I would elaborate, but, I’m considering the next legal course of action that I take! My Gram went from doing good in rehabilitation. To dying within 3 days, due to the lack of care she had Saturday & Sunday. If you love your loved ones, don’t let them go her! I’m only giving one star because I can’t give a negative star!
My 92 y/o father, with stage 4 lung cancer, who had just spent almost two weeks immobile in a hospital bed due to a nasty fall and surgery, and was still in delirium his first four days in Lynn Care (which means he could not do any therapy effectively), was sent home after just ONE week, way before he was ready, due to either miscommunication between Lynn Care and Medicare, or outright negligence on Lynn Cares part. I had a total knee replacement on June 23, 2025. I opted for Lynn Care for my rehabilitation. It was an excellent decision. Words cannot express how wonderful the people who work there are from the cleaning people to the director. I was especially pleased with the aides, my favorite was Zoey, the most patient and caring person I’ve ever known. My favorite nurse was Becky. I absolutely adored everyone in physical therapy.
